Free Chick Motif Crochet Pattern and Easter Crochet Patterns
This months free crochet pattern is a little chick patch motif that I designed and has been hosted by LoveCrochet, especially for you to make this Easter. You can find the pattern over on their blog where I have included some step photos and extra information to help those who are new to colorwork. Like the Bunny motif from last month you can use this to make a cute patch or you can incorporate the the chart into another pattern. These are great little additions to your Easter bonnet parades or to decorate Easter baskets.
I am sharing 12 months of free crochet motif patterns, one each month. These small motifs are an easy way to practice crochet colorwork and are quick and fun to make. I am currently adding a mini series of videos about how to do crochet colorwork over in the tutorial section of this site so be sure to check it out for some extra tips. To make sure you never miss a free motif and to receive a free copy of my Space Rocket Pouch inspired by women working in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) sign up to my newsletter.
I have seen so many great Easter pattern ideas this year that I thought I would take the opportunity to share these projects with you.
